  • Mark Twain and Bagley Roofing projects currently in closeout.
  • Pull-ahead roofs (5 buildings) design complete and are out for bid. Construction planned for Summer 2027.
  • Building Envelope (37 total buildings) and Roof (21) investigations for design are complete. Following assessment: (15) roofs are in design, tentative to be bid Fall of 2026 and 2027 for construction in 2027 through 2028; (5) roofs to be maintained; Carleton roof to be completed outside of FMP, project removed from scope.
  • Proposals for AE RFP (November Board) and CM RFP (December Board) are being evaluated for the MEP scopes of work (50 buildings).
