What’s still missing

Anything marked “Missing data” on this site is listed here. Most of it can be filled in on the review spreadsheet.

Information we need

  1. 1

Spending and budget for each project

Residents want to know what has been spent. Each project needs its budget and the amount spent so far; the site and program totals add up from there. These go in columns O and P of the Projects tab.

  2. 2

A plain description of each project

A short line a resident would understand, such as “Replacing the boiler,” for each of the 483 projects. Projects tab, “Plain description” column.

  3. 3

    When finished work was completed

35 finished projects don’t have a completion date yet, so they show “Completed (date to be confirmed).” Projects tab, “Completed date” column.

  4. 4

When the Facility Master Plan wraps up

We show “Runs through 2030–31.” Which year should it say?

  5. 5

    Feeder patterns

Which schools feed into which, so residents can filter by feeder pattern.

Locations (46 to add, 9 to confirm)

These schools and sites aren’t on the map yet, or we placed them from public school records and would like a quick confirmation. Sites tab of the spreadsheet.

Phases to confirm

The site uses six phases: Not started, Planning, Procurement, Design, Construction and Closeout. We show Demolition as Construction. These 10 projects had other labels, so they show as “Other” for now. Which phase fits each one?

Funding source to confirm

These projects aren’t under the Facility Master Plan or surplus funding from the board yet. Which pays for each?
